Jeffrey Orleans is the Chief Executive Officer of JPOrleans, and is part of the time-honored tradition of building quality homes that have exceptional value. A third-generation homebuilder, Jeffrey carries on the legacy of his grandfather, Alfred P. Orleans, who started this family tradition over 100 years ago. Since then, together with his father and grandfather, they’ve built over 85,000 homes. “I have always followed the best advice I’ve ever heard — get the right people — the best people. I am extremely proud of the JPOrleans team.” As CEO, Jeffrey’s personal, hands-on approach reflects his commitment and dedication to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Jeffrey currently lives in the Philadelphia area where he’s keeping his family’s custom of giving back to the community. He is an active participant in numerous philanthropic pursuits, including the arts, education and social programs. Jeffrey has served on the Board of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Drexel University, Philadelphia Orchestra, Jewish Employment Vocational Services (JEVS) and the Orleans Technical Institute, just to name a few.
Tom Vesey is President and COO of JPOrleans and has worked with Jeffrey Orleans for over 14 years. He is a 2nd generation homebuilder with more than 25 years experience in the homebuilding and real estate development business. Tom and his Team of builders at JPOrleans focus on developing neighborhoods in “A” locations with outstanding schools and beautiful surroundings. Their unique and innovative designs come to life with the highest quality construction and craftsmanship. Tom believes that JPOrleans is more than a group of builders — they’re skilled craftsmen with a long history of quality service and customer satisfaction. Tom graduated from the University of Delaware in 1989. He and his wife have four children.
John Longino is the Chief Financial Officer of JPOrleans. During his 35-year career, John has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a New York Stock Exchange publicly traded specialty finance Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), a business owner and a Partner at Arthur Andersen, a former Big 5 Public Accounting Firm. He was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University. John is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Public Accounting. He is married with four children.
Larry Dugan is a Senior Vice-President/General Counsel of JPOrleans responsible for land acquisition and entitlement in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Larry has a long career in the homebuilding industry, previously serving as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel for a publicly traded homebuilder. A lifelong Philadelphian, Larry graduated from Villanova University and Villanova Law School. He is married with two children.
Gary Stefanoni is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for JPOrleans. Gary has over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations roles—25 of which have been with the JPOrleans team. Having worked with some of the industry’s largest homebuilders, including K Hovnanian, CalAtlantic, Pulte and DR Horton, Gary brings a wealth of building industry knowledge and extensive sales and marketing expertise to JPOrleans.
